The Omnisend agency for ecommerce brands.
We are an official Omnisend partner and an official Klaviyo partner. Most of our clients run on Klaviyo. The rest run on Omnisend because it suits their size, their team or their category better, and we build it with the same discipline: workflows first, a clean list, and revenue per recipient as the scoreboard. $250M+ in attributed email and SMS revenue across 800+ ecommerce brands since 2017.

Omnisend is the right call more often than agencies admit.
We build on both platforms and earn the same either way, so the first thing an engagement settles is which one your store should be on. Here is how that usually falls out.
The detail is in our Klaviyo vs Omnisend comparison and the Omnisend pricing guide.
Small and mid-sized Shopify stores
Omnisend Standard undercuts Klaviyo on email at every list size, for example $20 against $30 a month at 1,000 contacts (September 2026 list prices). If your flows are standard, the saving is real.
Regulated categories: checked first
Neither platform is a workaround for the other. Klaviyo's acceptable use policy bans pharmaceutical products and medical therapies on every channel, and CBD and cannabis on SMS in the US and Canada. Omnisend's policy (30 April 2026) prohibits prescription medications, including drugs sold for research purposes, and cannabis, THC and CBD on SMS. For a regulated catalogue we check both policies against your products and get the platform's sign-off in writing before any build.
Lean in-house teams
Omnisend's workflow builder and template library are easier to run day to day. When we hand parts of the program back to your team, they can keep it going.
Email, SMS and web push together
Web push is included on every Omnisend plan: 500 a month on Free, unlimited on Standard and Pro, as of October 2026. Klaviyo's push notifications go through your own iOS or Android app, not the browser. SMS runs on Pro as a separate credits subscription, inside the same workflows as email.
And when it is not
If revenue depends on predictive segmentation (next-order date, churn risk, lifetime value) or you run several stores, Klaviyo usually pays for itself. We build on both, so we'll tell you which.
Six parts, one revenue program.
The same system we build on Klaviyo, adapted to Omnisend's workflow builder and data model. Workflows go in first because they earn the most per send.
Setup and migration
Account, sending domain authentication, Shopify sync, forms and consent import. Moving from Mailchimp or another ESP is part of the build.
Automation workflows
Welcome, abandoned cart and checkout, browse, post-purchase, reorder and win-back, built in Omnisend with conditional splits and channel switches.
Campaigns
A planned calendar, segmented sends and testing judged on revenue per recipient, not open rate.
SMS and web push
SMS on Pro with compliant consent and carrier registration, plus web push for browse and cart recovery.
Deliverability
SPF, DKIM and DMARC, list hygiene and sunset workflows, so the list stays sendable as it grows.
Forms and list growth
Pop-ups, landing pages and quiz entry points that grow the list without filling it with discount hunters.
The emails inside those workflows and campaigns are written and designed for the click, not the design review, the same way we build them on Klaviyo. See email design and copywriting. Prices are on our pricing page: a free audit, fixed-scope projects at $3-15K USD and month-to-month retainers, typically $3-12K USD a month. Published ranges are in USD.
When the platform decides whether you can send at all.
Some brands never get to compare features. Klaviyo's acceptable use policy (updated 9 April 2026) prohibits prescription medications, pharmaceutical products, medical therapies and telehealth on every channel. CBD and cannabis are prohibited on SMS and MMS in the US and Canada, and Klaviyo reviews other controlled-substance use cases case by case. Omnisend's acceptable use policy (updated 30 April 2026) prohibits prescription medications, including drugs sold for research purposes, and bars cannabis, THC and CBD from SMS. A suspended account takes the list, the workflows and the revenue with it, often with little warning.
So we don't pick a platform that looks likely to tolerate the category and hope. For a regulated catalogue we check your products against both platforms' current policies, and we get the platform's sign-off in writing before any build. If neither will confirm it, we tell you before you spend anything. The copy rules still apply wherever you send: no disease claims, and for research-use-only products, no dosing or human-use outcomes. See email marketing for peptide brands and cannabis and CBD.
Omnisend or Klaviyo, decided on your numbers.
If you have outgrown Omnisend's segmentation, our Omnisend to Klaviyo migration moves contacts, consent and workflows across and rebuilds them on Klaviyo's data model. If you haven't, moving costs you a quarter of momentum for features you won't use. We would rather make Omnisend earn more.
Our published case studies ran on Klaviyo, but the levers carry over to Omnisend: workflows, segmentation and send cadence. At Popl, email and SMS went from under 20% of revenue to 50-60% over 21 months; at Better Body Co., email's share went from about 10% to the 20-25% target range after a three-month consulting engagement.

FAQ
Q.01 What does an Omnisend agency do? +
Answer
An Omnisend agency sets up and runs Omnisend for ecommerce brands: account and domain setup, automation workflows, campaigns, forms, SMS and web push, and reporting. The work is measured in revenue from email and SMS, not in how many campaigns went out.
Q.02 Should I hire an Omnisend expert or an Omnisend agency? +
Answer
An Omnisend expert is usually one freelancer. An agency is a team of them. A freelancer can be the right call for a one-off setup or a single workflow fix. A program that earns a real share of store revenue needs workflows, campaigns, segmentation, SMS and deliverability running at the same time, and one person is a single point of failure. We're an official Omnisend partner agency, so you get the team without that risk.
Q.03 Is Email Optimize an official Omnisend partner? +
Answer
Yes. We are an official Omnisend partner and an official Klaviyo partner, working only with ecommerce brands. Most of our clients run on Klaviyo; the rest run on Omnisend because it suits their size, team or category better.
Q.04 Is Omnisend any good? +
Answer
Yes, for the right store. It is cheaper than Klaviyo on email at every list size, easier to learn, and includes web push. It falls behind Klaviyo on predictive analytics and complex segmentation, which matter more as a list and catalogue grow.
Q.05 Is Omnisend a CRM? +
Answer
Not a full CRM. Omnisend keeps a profile for each contact with store orders and engagement, which is what ecommerce email needs, but it has no sales pipelines or deal tracking. For a DTC brand that is usually all the customer record it needs.
Q.06 How much does Omnisend cost? +
Answer
As of September 2026, Omnisend is free for up to 250 contacts, Standard starts at $16 a month and Pro at $59 a month, rising with contacts. Since 4 May 2026, new accounts can only buy SMS on Pro, as a separate SMS credits subscription.
Q.07 Should I move from Omnisend to Klaviyo? +
Answer
Only if you will use what Klaviyo adds: predictive segmentation, deeper reporting and a larger integration ecosystem. If your flows are standard, staying on Omnisend and running it better is usually the right call. If you sell a regulated product, the platform policies decide before the features do: we check both against your catalogue and get written sign-off before any move. The free audit answers this for your store.
Q.08 Who is Klaviyo's biggest competitor? +
Answer
It depends on the job. For small ecommerce stores it is Mailchimp and Omnisend. For SMS it is Attentive and Postscript. At enterprise scale it is Braze, Iterable and Salesforce Marketing Cloud. For B2B and sales-led teams it is HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. For Shopify-native ecommerce email and SMS at growth stage, Omnisend is the closest like-for-like alternative.
