Best Klaviyo Agencies & Experts in the UK for 2026
By Pete Devkota·Last reviewed ·Editorial · no paid placements
The best Klaviyo agencies in the UK, on our ranking, are Underground Ecom (London) for brands at scale, Enchant Agency (London) for complex automation and reporting, PAASE (Leighton Buzzard) for data-led programs, Get Better (North Devon) for a Klaviyo-only boutique that audits first, and Magnet Monster (Greater Manchester) for flat-fee, brand-led retention. When we checked in October 2026, Klaviyo's public partner directory listed 47 Elite Master partners worldwide (its top tier), and three of them are headquartered in the UK: Underground Ecom, PAASE and Get Better. We're Email Optimize, an Australian Klaviyo partner agency (Adelaide, founded 2017) that works with UK brands remotely, and we sit at #7. Like our other rankings, the only useful version of this list tells you where each agency fits and where someone else is the better hire.
UK ecommerce has its own rules and its own calendar, and both matter when you pick an agency. Marketing email falls under PECR and UK GDPR, an opt-in regime with a narrow soft opt-in for existing customers, where US email law is opt-out. Black Friday matters, but so do Boxing Day, the January sales and Mothering Sunday in March or early April. Klaviyo has a London office and a UK & Ireland category in its partner awards, and its directory lists partners from Stockton-on-Tees to Plymouth. The right Klaviyo agency for a UK brand isn't always the highest tier; it's the one whose engagement model fits your size, your platform and your market.
Every tier below was checked in Klaviyo's partner directory, and every location, client and price on the agency's own website or Klaviyo profile. Where we couldn't verify something, we left it out. Last reviewed October 2026.

Listings are tiers as shown in Klaviyo's partner directory on 1 October 2026. Prices are only those the agency publishes on its own site; "Quote only" means it doesn't.
Methodology
How we ranked these
Each agency is evaluated on five things: (1) current tier in Klaviyo's partner directory at connect.klaviyo.com, (2) a genuine UK operating presence, meaning a UK office or team rather than UK clients served from elsewhere, (3) named clients on their own site or Klaviyo profile, (4) Klaviyo depth, meaning Klaviyo is core work rather than one tool on a long list, and (5) a best-fit profile we can state in one sentence. We break rule (2) once, for ourselves, and say so in our entry. We don't take paid placements or affiliate fees from any agency listed.
Tier alone doesn't decide the order. Enchant Agency (Platinum Master) sits above two Elite Master partners because Klaviyo named it UK & Ireland Partner of the Year for 2026. Where an agency's own site and Klaviyo's directory disagree on tier, we quote the directory and say so. Smaller and regional Klaviyo partners, from Teesside to Plymouth, are covered in the city-by-city section after the list.
Underground Ecom is London-based and, by its own description, one of the largest Klaviyo partners in EMEA: per their site, a team of 120+ people speaking 25 languages between them. Klaviyo's directory lists them at Elite Master, and Klaviyo named them one of its three EMEA Agency Partners of the Year at the first K:Partners Awards in 2025. Their Klaviyo profile lists clients including AG1, Virgin, Britvic, Huda Beauty, Oh Polly, Chilly's, Wild and Simba Sleep, and the service runs from CRM audit and strategy through content, testing, SMS and WhatsApp. Strongest fit for UK brands at scale where retention is already a board-level line item and someone in-house owns the relationship. For a brand doing a few million a year, an engagement built for AG1-sized programs is usually more machine than you need.

Named clients include Victorinox, Cox & Cox, Sealskinz, Neal's Yard Remedies, Timex and QVC. The specialism is data: capturing zero-party data (what customers tell you) and first-party data (what they do) and turning it into predictive segments and dynamic content across email and SMS. Their Klaviyo profile quotes a 233% increase in automated revenue and 238% more daily orders for Okanui. Named clients include Dr Martens, Wattbike, Laura Ashley, Wild Nutrition, Curlsmith and Union Coffee. Klaviyo's directory lists them at Elite Master. Every client relationship starts with a Klaviyo audit, and you can also buy an audit on its own at a published price. Their Klaviyo profile names clients including PerfectTed, Absolute Collagen, Lily & Roo, Green People and Evereden, and their site reports a 245% revenue increase in flow automations for PerfectTed. Email, SMS, WhatsApp and RCS are all in scope. Registered in Sale, Greater Manchester, with a Singapore entity, Magnet Monster reports 300+ ecommerce brands served over seven years. The method is built against discount-driven email, toward value-led content and customer data. Named clients include Waterdrop, Outerknown, Laura Geller, Duradry, Wild and Bodybuilding.com. On tier: their site shows a Klaviyo Master Elite badge, while Klaviyo's directory lists Platinum Master. Strongest fit for brand-led DTC, in the North West or anywhere, that wants predictable cost and a program that doesn't lean on constant discounts.

Best for Shopify Plus brands that want the store and Klaviyo under one agency
Klaviyo Platinum Master Partner (per Klaviyo partner directory) · Exeter, Devon (also Port Adelaide and Montpellier)
Swanky is a full-service ecommerce agency based in Exeter, with offices in Port Adelaide and Montpellier per their site. Replatforming and Shopify Plus work is the core, and Klaviyo is a long-standing service line: migrations and account setup, audits, flows, templates, campaign management, compliance and data cleansing, testing, reporting and Klaviyo CDP work, on retainers or one-off projects. Their site says they have been helping retailers on Klaviyo for over five years, and one case study reports a 143% lift in monthly revenue during Black November for Salon Supplies & Furniture from a lead-generation campaign. Clients include HelloFresh, Wilkinson Sword, Daysoft, Kent Brushes and Bouclème. Strongest fit for brands replatforming or running Shopify Plus where the store and email both need work, and a natural shortlist pick for Devon and South West brands.

Best for UK brands that also sell in Australia or North America, or want senior operator depth
Klaviyo Partner · Adelaide, Australia (UK delivery, no UK office)
We're an Australian Klaviyo partner agency founded in 2017, and we don't have a UK office. We work with UK brands remotely: calls happen in your morning, which is our afternoon and evening, and drafts, flow builds and reports are finished during our day so they're waiting at the start of yours. A UK brand would pick us over a London or Manchester agency for one of two reasons: (1) you sell in the UK and in Australia, New Zealand or North America and want one Klaviyo program run across those markets, with PECR and UK GDPR consent built into the setup; or (2) you want embedded operator depth: founder Pete Devkota served 22+ months as Head of Retention Marketing at Relaxium, an INC 5000 US supplement brand, inside the company rather than as an outside consultant. $250M+ in attributed email and SMS revenue across 800+ ecommerce brands. Our published case studies are Asia-Pacific and US brands, so if named UK references matter to you, the agencies above have them.

Scale Beyond is a Manchester agency, based in Ancoats, built around what it calls customer value optimisation: UX and UI design, split testing and email, all scored on revenue per visitor. Per their Klaviyo profile, they work only with ecommerce businesses and now work almost exclusively in Klaviyo after years of being platform-agnostic. Their site lists clients including Grenade, Thorntons, Brook Taverner, Swizzels and Kuhn Rikon, and reports a 36% lift in revenue per visitor for Brook Taverner. Strongest fit for UK brands where the email program and the site's conversion rate need fixing together, and for Manchester brands that want a local team that tests everything.

Kubix is a Birmingham agency on Floodgate Street that describes itself as a Shopify Platinum agency, and Klaviyo's directory lists it at Platinum Master. Named clients on their site include Ted Baker, Scotch & Soda, The Fine Cheese Co., Castle Fine Art, Trip Drinks and Shires Equestrian. Strongest fit for Shopify brands, in the Midlands or anywhere, that are moving to Klaviyo and want the team that knows the store to wire it up.

By city and region
Klaviyo agencies by UK city and region
Looking for a Klaviyo or email marketing agency in London, Manchester, Bristol, Norwich or the North East? Most UK Klaviyo specialists cluster in London and Manchester, but Klaviyo's partner directory lists partners across the country. For Klaviyo work the postcode matters less than the depth: flows, segmentation, deliverability and reporting all happen in the account and over video calls. If a local meeting matters to you, this is who we found. Tiers are as listed in Klaviyo's directory in October 2026, and locations come from each agency's site or Klaviyo profile.
London
Underground Ecom (Elite Master) and Enchant Agency (Platinum Master, UK & Ireland Partner of the Year 2026). s360, a Danish marketing consultancy listed at Elite Master, has a London office on Borough High Street, and Unified, a London Magento and Shopify Plus agency, is listed at Gold Master.

Scale Beyond in Ancoats and Magnet Monster in Sale, both listed at Platinum Master, plus Glass Atlas, a commerce agency of 180+ specialists headquartered in Manchester and listed at Platinum Advisor.
North East

FUTCOM, a social-first agency in Leeds and Teesside, is listed at Platinum Master, and Discovery Design, a web and marketing agency in Durham, is a listed Klaviyo partner. Midlands
Kubix in Birmingham and Titan Marketing in Kington, Herefordshire, both listed at Platinum Master.
East of England

What a UK Klaviyo agency should handle: PECR, UK GDPR and the UK calendar
Consent. Under PECR, the ICO's rule is that you must not send marketing emails or texts to individuals without specific consent. The exception is the soft opt-in: existing customers who bought, or talked about buying, a similar product, and who were given a clear chance to opt out when you collected their details and in every message since. It doesn't cover prospects or bought-in lists. The ICO also says its guidance is under review after the Data (Use and Access) Act, so a good agency checks the current position for each account instead of reciting an old template.
SMS. Klaviyo's default sender for UK texts is a branded sender ID, which shows your brand name instead of a number, and long codes and short codes are also available. Branded sender IDs can't receive replies, so opt-outs run through an unsubscribe link. Ask any agency how it collects SMS consent separately from email consent.
Calendar and pricing. UK retail peaks on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, then Boxing Day and the January sales, with Mothering Sunday in March or early April rather than May. Offers should show VAT-inclusive prices. If you also sell into the EU or the US, the account needs country-aware consent defaults, send times and calendars, so ask how the agency has handled that before.
Few UK Klaviyo agencies publish prices, so here is what was public as of October 2026. Climb & Conquer lists campaigns-only management from £400+ a month, Klaviyo Essential from £900+, Growth+ from £1,500+ and bespoke programs from £2,400+. Get Better sells one-off Klaviyo audits at £199, £399 and £800 plus VAT. Enchant prices projects, packages and subscriptions on 12-month agreements, with shorter terms costing more. Magnet Monster charges one flat monthly fee for unlimited sends but doesn't publish the figure. Most other agencies, us included, quote after an audit.
What moves the number: how many campaigns a month you want, how many flows need building, list size, whether SMS or WhatsApp is included, and whether you're buying strategy or just production. Your Klaviyo subscription is billed on top of any agency fee; if that bill is the problem, read Klaviyo alternatives before you switch. Judge the fee against the incremental email and SMS revenue it produces, not against another agency's quote.
It depends on your size, platform and market, but the strongest credentials on this list belong to Underground Ecom (London, Elite Master, one of Klaviyo's three EMEA Agency Partners of the Year in 2025) and Enchant Agency (London, Klaviyo's UK & Ireland Partner of the Year for 2026). PAASE and Get Better are the other UK-headquartered Elite Master partners. For Shopify and Shopify Plus work look at Swanky or Kubix, and for a published monthly price look at Climb & Conquer. The "Who should hire which UK Klaviyo agency" section maps each brand profile to a pick.
Ask for things you can check. Look up the agency's tier in Klaviyo's partner directory at connect.klaviyo.com, which takes 30 seconds. Ask for revenue per recipient before and after for a client like you, not open rates. Ask who works your account and how many other accounts they carry. Ask how they capture and record consent under PECR and UK GDPR, and when they use the soft opt-in. Ask what happens in the first 30 days: good agencies audit deliverability, flows and segmentation before they redesign anything.
Few UK agencies publish prices. As of October 2026, Climb & Conquer lists monthly Klaviyo management from £400+ for campaigns only, then £900+, £1,500+ and £2,400+ for fuller packages, and Get Better sells one-off Klaviyo audits at £199, £399 and £800 plus VAT. Enchant prices on 12-month agreements, with shorter terms costing more. Most agencies, including us, quote after an audit. Your Klaviyo subscription is billed separately, on top of the agency fee.
Cost scales with active profiles, including people who bought without subscribing, so the bill grows with your customer file. SMS is billed per message on top of email. It is built for B2C ecommerce, so sales-led B2B teams need a separate CRM. Reporting uses attribution windows that can overstate email's share if left on defaults. And some categories are restricted: prescription products are prohibited on every channel, and CBD and cannabis are prohibited on SMS in the US and Canada.
Because it bills on active profiles, everyone you can email, not on the emails you send. Since February 2025 your plan must cover that full count, so an unpruned list pushes you up tiers. As of October 2026 the email plan is $20 a month at 500 profiles and $150 at 10,000, with SMS on top. Suppressing profiles that never engage is the fastest way to bring the bill down.
For ecommerce brands doing roughly $500K a year or more, usually yes, because its flows and segmentation run on order and browsing data that cheaper tools don't capture as well. Below that, or for a store with a small list and simple needs, Mailchimp, Omnisend or Shopify Messaging can cost less. The deciding factor is whether you will actually build the flows and segments you are paying for.
It depends on why you're leaving. For cheaper all-round Shopify email and SMS, Omnisend is the closest like-for-like (we're an official Omnisend partner). For simple newsletters, Mailchimp or MailerLite. For SMS-first brands, Attentive or Postscript. For enterprise and app-heavy brands, Braze or Iterable. If the real problem is cost from an unengaged list, clean the list before you migrate.
Scope decides it. An audit, a migration, a welcome flow or a few hours of strategy suit a freelance specialist or a fixed-price audit. Ongoing management that covers strategy, copy, design, build, deliverability and reporting every month is agency work, because one person rarely covers all of it. UK individual specialists include Hannah Spicer Consulting in Woking, which focuses on premium and luxury retail and is on our Klaviyo experts list.
Yes. Klaviyo's About page lists a London office in the Hallmark Building, 52 Leadenhall Street, and its UK company, Klaviyo Ltd, has been registered in England since June 2019 according to Companies House. Klaviyo's global headquarters is in Boston. Klaviyo also runs a UK & Ireland category in its partner awards: Enchant Agency won UK & Ireland Partner of the Year for 2026.
London: Underground Ecom, Enchant Agency, and s360's London office. Manchester: Scale Beyond in Ancoats and Magnet Monster in Sale. North East: Climb & Conquer in Stockton-on-Tees. Devon: Get Better in North Devon, Swanky in Exeter and RFS Marketing in Plymouth. Leighton Buzzard: PAASE. Birmingham: Kubix. Bristol: Flourish CRM, a multi-platform CRM agency. Norwich: Quickfire Digital, a Shopify agency listed as a Klaviyo partner. Klaviyo work happens in the account and over video calls, so the right specialist matters more than the postcode. The city-by-city section above has tiers and detail.
Not necessarily, but you need one that works to UK rules and the UK calendar. Check that they capture consent under PECR and UK GDPR, plan around Boxing Day, the January sales and Mothering Sunday as well as Black Friday, and show VAT-inclusive prices in offers. A UK-based team makes live UK-afternoon cover easier. If you sell in the UK and in Australia or North America too, an agency that already runs those markets can be the better fit, which is where we come in.
Because we work with UK brands, and leaving ourselves off would hide a relevant option. We put ourselves at #7, said plainly that we have no UK office, and told you when a UK agency is the better hire: if you want named UK references, live UK-afternoon cover or a meeting in person. We don't take paid placements or affiliate fees from any agency listed.
