Read-only access to your Klaviyo account is sufficient for most of the audit. For deliverability authentication checks, we may also ask for read access to your DNS records (via a screenshot or a brief permission). No write access is required for the audit itself.

Audits run on accounts at any scale. The five DORTA layers apply equally, the difference is the size of the revenue gap each layer represents. For sub-$500K stores, deliverability and welcome series are usually the highest-impact fixes. For $5M+ stores, segmentation depth and attribution accuracy carry more weight.
