Technically yes, but it's not recommended. Two ESPs sending to the same list creates deliverability issues, attribution conflicts, and compliance complexity. Pick one and migrate cleanly.

Yes, as a flow triggered by Placed Order. Mark the message for transactional status (Klaviyo reviews the request within 24 hours) so it also reaches customers who unsubscribed from marketing. Shopify still sends its own order confirmation: most Shopify customer notifications can't be switched off, and only Shopify Plus stores can ask Shopify Support to turn specific ones off. On other plans, keep Shopify's confirmation as the receipt and start Klaviyo's post-purchase flow after it, so nobody gets two receipts.
