Yotpo Alternatives (2026): 9 Review Apps Compared on Price and Klaviyo Fit

Yotpo alternatives for reviews in 2026: Judge.me, Okendo, REVIEWS.io, Loox, Stamped, Junip, Fera, Trustpilot and Klaviyo Reviews, priced, with Klaviyo fit.

Table of contents

Most people searching for a Yotpo alternative want one of two things. Some are still looking for somewhere to send email and SMS after Yotpo shut those products down. Most want a cheaper or better reviews app than Yotpo Reviews. This guide covers both, with the focus on reviews.

Disclosure: Email Optimize is an official partner of Klaviyo, of Omnisend, and of Clearer.io, the group REVIEWS.io belongs to. All three appear below. We’ve held them to the same standard as the rest, and every price, rating and integration detail was checked on each vendor’s Shopify App Store listing, pricing page or help centre in September 2026.

What happened to Yotpo?

Yotpo retired Yotpo Email & SMS (the former SMSBump) on 31 December 2025. Its migration page named Attentive and Omnisend as migration partners. If you were on Yotpo SMS & Email, you’ve already moved: our Klaviyo vs Yotpo and best SMS marketing platforms guides cover where to go.

Yotpo still sells Reviews & UGC and Loyalty & Referrals, plus a newer product called Discover. Its reviews app is rated 4.8 from 4,628 reviews on the Shopify App Store.

The two sources disagree, and the App Store listing says prices change with order volume, so get a quote for your store. Yotpo’s Klaviyo integration needs Pro, Premium or Enterprise. It sends Eligible for Yotpo Review Request and Yotpo Review Created.

Judge.me: best value

Judge.me has more Shopify App Store reviews than any other app in this list (5.0 from 47,588), and its Forever Free plan covers unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews and Google rich snippets. The Awesome plan at $15 a month adds Q&A, Google Shopping, Meta and TikTok Shop sync, AI replies and summaries, and coupons and referrals. It advertises imports from Yotpo.

Klaviyo: on the Awesome plan. Judge.me sends Eligible for Judge.me Review Request so review requests go out from your Klaviyo flows, and SubmittedReview when a review comes in.

Pick it if you want Yotpo’s core reviews features for a fraction of the price.

Okendo: best for reviews plus loyalty in one platform

Okendo combines reviews with loyalty, referrals, quizzes and surveys, which makes it the closest like-for-like replacement for brands using both Yotpo Reviews and Yotpo Loyalty. Q&A starts on its $119 Growth plan; Google Shopping is an add-on.

Klaviyo: Okendo sends review, loyalty (points, redemptions, tier changes), referral, quiz and survey events. Its Shopify listing places “Email & SMS Integrations” on the $299 Power plan, so confirm which plan you need before you rely on it.

Pick it if you want reviews, loyalty and zero-party data from one vendor.

REVIEWS.io: best for product and company reviews together

We’re an official partner of Clearer.io, the group REVIEWS.io belongs to.

REVIEWS.io collects both product reviews and company reviews, and qualifies for Google Seller Ratings from its Launch plan. Launch Plus adds Q&A (“Expert Answers”) and NPS surveys.

Klaviyo: REVIEWS.io connects to Klaviyo in a few clicks and sends events including ReviewsIOReview, positive and negative variants, and photo, video and survey events. Its help centre lists the integration from its Start-Up plan and says sending invitations from Klaviyo needs its Dynamic Link (Grow plan or higher). Its Shopify App Store plans are named differently, so check which plan includes what for your store. Our review request email guide covers the setup.

Pick it if company reviews and Google Seller Ratings matter as much as product reviews.

Loox: best for photo and video reviews

Loox is built around visual reviews, with AI summaries and translation into 38 languages, and syncs to Google, Meta, TikTok and Shop. It’s rated 4.9 from 9,689 reviews.

Klaviyo: on the Convert plan and above. Loox sends Loox Review Posted with the rating, whether a photo or video was included, the product and the order ID.

Watch for: Convert is priced per 300 orders ($49.99, plus $50 per extra 300), so costs climb with volume until the $299.99 Unlimited plan.

Stamped: reviews and loyalty on a budget

Stamped covers reviews, loyalty with VIP tiers and referrals, Q&A, email and SMS review requests, and Google Shopping. There’s no free plan; Reviews starts at $23 a month for 200 orders.

Klaviyo: on every Reviews plan, with review and loyalty events, and review requests can run from Klaviyo.

Junip: best for high-volume stores on a flat price

Every Junip plan, including the free one, has unlimited orders, which removes the order-volume pricing most review apps use. It’s an official Google Shopping, Meta, TikTok Shop and Shop App partner.

Klaviyo: sends a Junip - Review request event so requests go out from Klaviyo flows.

Fera: budget option with Q&A and imports

Fera starts at $9 a month for 100 review requests, includes AI on every plan, and imports reviews from Etsy, AliExpress and Google.

Klaviyo: sends Submitted Review (Fera), and product and store review requests can be sent from Klaviyo.

Trustpilot: company reviews with Google reach

Trustpilot is a company-review platform first. It qualifies for Google seller ratings and product review stars in Google Shopping, but product reviews are an add-on, plans are billed annually per domain, and its Shopify app is rated 2.7 from 18 reviews.

Klaviyo: mainly for showing Trustpilot reviews and your TrustScore inside emails, not for triggering flows.

Pick it if your buyers already look you up on Trustpilot. For product reviews, use one of the apps above alongside it.

Klaviyo Reviews: best if you want everything in Klaviyo

Klaviyo’s own reviews product runs review requests from a Ready to review event (by default 7 days after delivery on Shopify) and keeps reviews on the same profile as your email and SMS data. On the Shopify App Store it’s free up to 50 orders a month and $25 a month up to 250 orders, rising with volume.

It can import CSV exports from Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, REVIEWS.io, Judge.me and Loox, so switching doesn’t mean starting from zero.

Pick it if you’re on Klaviyo and want one fewer app. Skip it if you need loyalty, company reviews or deep UGC tools.

How to choose

  • Cheapest good option: Judge.me.
  • Replacing Yotpo Reviews and Loyalty together: Okendo or Stamped.
  • Company reviews and Google Seller Ratings: REVIEWS.io, or Trustpilot if your buyers already use it.
  • Photo and video first: Loox.
  • High order volume on a flat fee: Junip.
  • Fewest apps, all in Klaviyo: Klaviyo Reviews.

Moving off Yotpo without losing reviews or flows

  1. Export your reviews from Yotpo as a CSV, then import them into the new app, matching products by SKU or product ID.
  2. Rebuild your Klaviyo review request flow on the new app’s event (for example Eligible for Judge.me Review Request) and switch off the flow triggered by Eligible for Yotpo Review Request.
  3. Turn off the new app’s own request emails if Klaviyo is sending them, so customers don’t get two.
  4. Update anything that reads Yotpo events: post-review flows, segments of reviewers, and loyalty flows.
  5. Reconnect Google Shopping or your product ratings feed from the new app.
  6. Cancel Yotpo last, after reviews are showing correctly on product pages.

The request flow itself, including timing by product type, templates and the rules on incentives, is in our review request email guide.

/ Frequently Asked Questions

Q.01 What has happened to Yotpo? +

/ Answer

Yotpo retired its Email & SMS products (formerly SMSBump) on 31 December 2025 and named Attentive and Omnisend as migration partners. Yotpo still sells Reviews & UGC and Loyalty & Referrals, and has added a product called Discover. So if you used Yotpo for email and SMS, you've already moved; if you use it for reviews or loyalty, it still works.

Q.02 How much does Yotpo cost? +

/ Answer

As of September 2026, Yotpo Reviews has a free plan for up to 50 orders a month. Yotpo's pricing page lists Starter at $89 and Pro at $169 a month, while its Shopify App Store listing shows Starter from $15 and Pro from $119, with prices changing by order volume. Premium and Enterprise are quoted. The Klaviyo integration requires Pro or above.

Q.03 What is the best free alternative to Yotpo? +

/ Answer

Judge.me's Forever Free plan includes unlimited reviews, photo and video reviews and Google rich snippets, and it has the most Shopify App Store reviews of any app we compared. Junip also has a free plan with unlimited orders and review requests. Klaviyo Reviews is free up to 50 orders a month.

Q.04 Can I move my reviews from Yotpo to another app? +

/ Answer

Yes. Export your reviews from Yotpo as a CSV and import them into the new app. Judge.me advertises imports from Yotpo, and Klaviyo Reviews can import CSV exports from Yotpo, Okendo, Stamped, REVIEWS.io, Judge.me and Loox. Match products by SKU or product ID so reviews land on the right pages.

Q.05 Which Yotpo alternative works best with Klaviyo? +

/ Answer

Klaviyo Reviews is native to Klaviyo. Among third-party apps, Judge.me, REVIEWS.io, Loox, Junip, Fera, Okendo and Stamped all send review events to Klaviyo, and several let you send review requests from Klaviyo flows. Check the plan: Judge.me needs its Awesome plan and Loox its Convert plan for the integration.
