Best Klaviyo Experts for Hire in 2026

By Pete Devkota · Last reviewed June 2026 · Editorial · no paid placements

"Klaviyo expert" is one of the noisiest categories in ecommerce hiring. The term is on every Fiverr profile, every consultant LinkedIn, every freelance marketplace. Cutting through that to find the people who actually move the needle on a Klaviyo program takes some work, verifiable credentials, named client outcomes, and a clear sense of what each expert is genuinely strongest at.

This list focuses on named individuals and small expert-led agencies (under 25 people). We exclude large agencies (those are on our separate Best Klaviyo Agencies list) and platform-agnostic generalists. Last reviewed June 2026.

Methodology

How we ranked these

Each expert or agency is evaluated on: (1) verified Klaviyo Partner Directory listing or named recognition from Klaviyo itself (Champion, Legend, Master, Community Champion), (2) named client work with measurable revenue impact, (3) public body of work (talks, content, case studies), (4) demonstrated specialism vs general digital marketing, (5) availability and engagement model.

We include marketplaces (Toptal, Upwork, Fiverr Pro) at the bottom as the right answer for budget-constrained one-off projects, but we treat them differently from named specialists, the quality variance is much wider, and you're vetting individual profiles rather than a known brand.

When to hire an individual vs an agency

Named individual specialists fit different engagement profiles than agencies. Use this to decide which to shortlist.

One-off audit or fix-it project (under 40 hours)

→ Individual specialist or marketplace freelancer. Agency overhead is unjustified at this scope.

Strategic consultation alongside an in-house team

→ Individual specialist with senior credentials. Pete Devkota / Omar Lovert / Obeth Seguinot all fit here.

Ongoing program management at $500K+ revenue

→ Agency engagement. Individual specialists generally can't cover strategy + copy + design + dev + deliverability simultaneously.

Premium / luxury brand with brand-led constraints

→ Hannah Spicer (premium retail) or Adam Kitchen (brand-led retention).

Australian brand at the smaller end of market

→ Brynley King for individual relationship; Email Optimize for ongoing program work.

Budget-constrained one-off project

→ Toptal (vetted) for higher-budget work; Upwork or Fiverr Pro for tighter budgets (with careful vetting).
